Returns for Thermomix Items Only

We accept returns only for Thermomix items purchased from our store. All other items are non-returnable.

Any bank or card payment processing fees will be deducted from refunds.


Initiating a Return

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@healthyoptions.ae with your invoice or order number and reason for return.


Return Conditions

• The product must be unused.
• The product must be in its original packaging.
• The product must be returned with proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
